At AdenTech, we keep things straightforward. This page explains what information we may use when you contact us about IT setup or support, and why.
Who we are
AdenTech provides local computer, laptop, monitor, printer and workstation setup services. For privacy questions, contact us at adentech26@gmail.com.
What information we may collect
The website form asks for your name and email address, and may also collect your town or postcode, details of the equipment or help you need, your preferred timing, and any other information you choose to include. It does not ask for a phone number or full service address at the initial enquiry stage. If you approve a quote and decide to proceed, we may ask for the full service address to confirm travel and arrange the agreed work, and a phone number to help coordinate the visit. If you contact us through another channel, we will receive the contact details and information you choose to provide there.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive account information.
How we use your information
We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, check whether your location is within our service area, understand the work requested, discuss a possible quote, and arrange or provide an agreed service. We may keep relevant correspondence and records so we can manage the enquiry and follow up appropriately.
Our lawful basis
Where UK data protection law applies, we generally use enquiry details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract where one is agreed, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in running and documenting our business. If a different lawful basis is needed, we will explain it when appropriate.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. This website is hosted using GitHub Pages. When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent to a Cloudflare Worker, which validates the request and passes an email notification to Resend for delivery to AdenTech at adentech26@gmail.com. Your email address is included as the reply-to address so AdenTech can respond. Gmail is used as the receiving mailbox. GitHub, Cloudflare, Resend and Google (for Gmail) may process technical information or the details you submit as part of providing these services, under their own terms and privacy information. You can read the GitHub Privacy Statement, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. No Google Apps Script or Google Sheets service is used for this website form. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any work or follow-up, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether work is agreed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access your personal information, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or request a copy in a portable format. To ask a question or make a request, email adentech26@gmail.com.

Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our services or processes change; the latest version will be posted on this page.
